A new study shows that there is a link between drinking alcohol and developing breast disease.
Researchers discovered that those who drank alcohol for six days in a week are five times more likely to develop a benign breast disease just a few years after. These breast diseases may be in the form of irregular cysts, breast discomfort, sensitive nipples, and itching. Frequent drinking can also lead to development of cancerous hard lumps.
