How to stay employed as you age

In general, I would advise everyone to try to invest in a business before they reach the age of 50. I am convinced that it’s better to have some sort of money-making venture that you can manage on your own than to continue working for somebody else’s company as you age. However, I also know that some people would prefer otherwise. That includes my mom. She’s a bit over 50. She has gone past several Licensed Nurse Jobs and she’s now working as a professor in a College of Nursing. I guess having a business just doesn’t work for her.

Coffee Fights Skin Cancer?

Based on a research presented at the 10th American Association for Cancer Research International Conference on Frontiers in Cancer Prevention Research in Boston, regular coffee drinkers have a lower risk of developing Basal Cell Carcinoma as compared to those who don’t drink coffee. BCC is a slow-growing form of cancer but it is also the most common form of skin cancer around the globe.
