Did You Just Have a Heart Attack?

Many people have heart attacks and they don’t even know that they are having one. You see, heart attacks don’t happen like that in the movies (Well sometimes they do – but only SOMETIMES).  You don’t experience that super sharp chest pain that will force you to clutch at your chest and fall on the floor. Sometimes, the signs and symptoms are not that obvious and if it’s your first time, you would even need ekg machines to confirm and convince you that you’ve just had a heart attack.

The classic symptom of a heart attack is the chest pain. It may be described as tightness, fullness, or an ache in the chest. You will also feel shortness of breath. However, there are also some cases where people don’t feel out of breath and they wouldn’t have much of an aching chest. Instead, their heart attack symptoms would include indigestion, excessive sweating, an aching jaw, pain only in the neck, shoulders or arms, fatigue, or nausea and vomiting. In the elderly and also in women, the symptoms of a heart attack can be so vague that the incident is often left ignored.

Unfollowed Me Twitter Scam Application

Remember that Facebook App which supposedly tells you who is ‘stalking’ you via the social network? That’s a scam, in case you haven’t tried it yet. Now there’s an almost similar scam spreading in Twitter. It’s the ‘Unfollowed Me’ Application which will supposedly tell you how many of your followers have unfollowed you.

This scam application works like this: You see a tweet from someone from your network claiming that he found out how many of his followers unfollowed him, and you can found out how many unfollowed you too. It also contains hashtag with trending phrases. The typical tweet would look something like this:
